Tropical Mint Smoothie Recipe

This refreshing smoothie tastes so vibrant and takes about 3 minutes to make. It's full of nutrition and gluten free, to boot.

If you have issues with blood sugar, you can replace the liquids with full fat canned coconut milk to reduce its impact. Don't overthink this one. You can see from my video that I didn't even measure anything. You really can't go wrong with these ingredients. Just stick them in the blender and press start.

Feel free to experiment, use coconut milk, other fruit or more mint. Add zucchini or spinach for extra nutrition. I used the mango juice because I happened to have some on hand. I would generally recommend this kind of smoothie in Summer, to be in alignment with the seasons but I happen to be in Florida and so this made sense for me. I personally can't drink cold smoothies in cold weather, but if you can and this is an upgrade from your typical, not-so-nutritious breakfast, then I say go for it! Cheers!
