I've been working on a wholesome keto roll recipe that doesn't include a ton of mozzarella (many of them do) for a few weeks now and I've finally nailed it with these Kinda Bready Keto Rolls. They're soft and fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside. I've tried a lot of keto bread recipes and these are the closest to real bread that I've had.
I've been using them to make yummy breakfast sandwiches, burger buns, open-faced tuna sandwiches, and of course as a dinner roll. Wholesome healthy ingredients, easy prep, lots of fiber, and just 8 grams of net carbs make these rolls a winner!
