Our garden has been producing so many delicious vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, basil and other herbs and nothing says Summer like this Classic Gazpacho Soup. Talk about farm-to-table! So full of vitality and nourishment. Such big flavor and rich mouth feel, but sill feels light in the body. I'm so grateful for Mother Nature's delicous bounty.


Makes a wonderful simple lunch paired with a dosa (recipe here).
